We have been boarding horses here on Morgan Territory Road
near Livermore, Ca. since 2002. At an elevation of 2000 feet, we
are about 15 minutes from the N. Livermore Ave exit of Hwy 580.

Our paddocks are 50 feet wide and 150 feet deep and fenced with
"No Climb". Horses have access to an automatic water trough and
a large three sided shelter. There is also automatic dusk to dawn
lighting. We typically keep two horses in each paddock.

We are located a short distance form the Morgan Territory
Regional Preserve Park. So if you enjoy miles of trails, no trailer is
necessary!
